Refund policy

We do not accept returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing your claim, We may issue a replacement or refund. Requests submitted after7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

To request a refund or replacement, please provide the following:

  • Your order number.
  • Your tracking number (if available).
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • Photos of the product.
  • Photos of the original packaging.
  • A photo of the shipping label on the package.

We are unable to process refund or replacement requests without the required information. Refund or replacement are issued only after our team verifies the claims.
